Help with Milian

Milian for iOS is a free VPN app with a data allowance and a device limit. Your current allowance appears during registration and in your account.

Operated by LAKELAND PERIODONTICS, INC.

Contact support

Use Account → Feedback in the app, or email okpay123@proton.me. Include your app version, device model, a description of the problem and any error message. Do not send passwords, verification codes or private browsing content.

Registration and allowance

Register with an email address you control. If the verification email is missing, check your spam folder and wait for the resend countdown before trying again. The initial free allowance is 50 GB with one device. It is not a monthly or unlimited allowance. Your account shows the remaining amount. This iOS app has no purchases or recharge options.

Connect and disconnect

Sign in, choose an available server, tap Connect and allow iOS to add the VPN configuration. Milian uses the VPN built into iOS. Tap the connection control again to disconnect.

If connection fails, check your internet connection, remaining allowance and device limit, then try again. If no server is available, wait and refresh the list. Contact support if the problem continues.

For account security, signing in on another device can end the earlier connection. VPN credentials expire after no more than 7 days. Open the app and connect again to refresh them; do not enter your app password in iOS VPN settings.

Delete your account

Open Account → Delete account. Enter your current password, read the deletion notice and confirm. VPN access is revoked and your account is permanently removed from the active service. Read the privacy policy for details about retained records and restricted backups.
